Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of future business leaders? Do you bring real-world industry insight and a flair for teaching? This is an exciting opportunity to teach across a growing provision, from Levels 1-5, including GCSE, Vocational, T‑Level and HND Business. You’ll play a key role in motivating learners, delivering high‑quality lessons, and leading on programme development within your subject area.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver engaging, industry‑relevant Business lessons across a range of levels
  • Lead your programme area, ensuring strong outcomes and an excellent student experience
  • Create innovative materials that embed employability, English, maths and British Values
  • Monitor progress, support learners and help them stay on track
  • Build positive working relationships with employers to enrich curriculum delivery
  • Manage behaviour, maintain accurate records and uphold college standards
  • Take part in open events, recruitment activities and curriculum development

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Business (Master’s desirable but not essential)
  • A full Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to gain one
  • Strong subject knowledge with confidence teaching up to Level 5
  • Experience delivering Business programmes and leading curriculum elements
  • Excellent organisation, communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous improvement
