Do you have industry experience in plumbing and a passion for developing the next generation of tradespeople? This is a great opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching across plumbing courses up to Level 3, supporting learners to develop practical skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for the industry.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver engaging teaching across Plumbing programmes up to Level 3
  • Teach both practical and theoretical elements of the curriculum
  • Assess student work and provide clear, constructive feedback
  • Monitor and track learner progress to support achievement
  • Develop learning materials and activities to enhance understanding
  • Promote the importance of plumbing and the wider construction sector
  • Ensure a safe and professional learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to support delivery

What we're looking for:

  • Industry experience in plumbing
  • A relevant qualification in Plumbing (Level 3 or above) or equivalent experience
  • Confidence delivering to learners in a practical environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • A proactive, hands-on and supportive approach
