Are you a qualified SEND practitioner with leadership experience looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Head of Faculty to lead and further develop our specialist provision for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to transforming the educational experience and outcomes of learners who may have previously been in specialist provision or out of education altogether.

As Head of Faculty, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Inclusive Learning provision. You will drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring that all students receive a personalised, inclusive and aspirational education that leads to positive destinations.
