Do you have industry experience in plumbing and a passion for developing the next generation of tradespeople? What you'll do:
- Deliver engaging teaching across Plumbing programmes up to Level 3
- Teach both practical and theoretical elements of the curriculum
- Assess student work and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Monitor and track learner progress to support achievement
- Develop learning materials and activities to enhance understanding
- Promote the importance of plumbing and the wider construction sector
- Ensure a safe and professional learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to support delivery
What we're looking for:
- Industry experience in plumbing
- A relevant qualification in Plumbing (Level 3 or above) or equivalent experience
- Confidence delivering to learners in a practical environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- A proactive, hands-on and supportive approach
