Do you want to make a real difference helping young people with additional needs move from education into employment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Job Coach to join our Inclusive Learning team.

You’ll support learners on our Supported Internship and Inclusive Learning programmes, helping them gain meaningful work experience, develop confidence, and succeed in real job roles.
Please note that this role is 22.5 hours per week – Wed-Thurs 08:30-17:00 Friday 08:30-16:30
What you’ll do:
Support learners with additional needs in work placements and employment settings
Provide one-to-one coaching using Systematic Instruction to build workplace skills
Liaise with employers to create inclusive and supportive opportunities
Monitor learner progress, attendance, and wellbeing
Help learners achieve their personal goals and transition into paid work
Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all employment activities
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and employers to ensure positive outcomes
What we’re looking for:
Level 2 English, Maths and ICT (or willingness to achieve within agreed timeframe)
Experience supporting people with additional needs or learning difficulties
Confident communicator able to build relationships with employers and learners
Organised, proactive, and empathetic approach to coaching and support
Full commitment to promoting inclusion and breaking down barriers to employment
Flexibility to work across College sites and in the community
Flexibility to work across College sites as required
