New College Swindon is seeking an experienced SEND and Inclusion Deputy Head Education of Young People to lead our Inclusive Learning team and shape high-quality SEND provision. You will coordinate personalised support for EHCP students and promote inclusive practice across the College.
You will lead SEND Practitioners and Learning Support Assistants, collaborate with curriculum colleagues, parents and external agencies, and ensure seamless transitions while driving quality and safeguarding.
