New College Swindon is seeking Learning Support Assistants to coach, mentor and provide performance support for learners with SEND and EHCPs. You will oversee personalised support programmes, promote inclusive teaching, and drive improvements in learning outcomes across curricula.
You will lead in developing systems and records to meet statutory requirements, coordinate assessments and support discussions, and work with parents, carers and external agencies to ensure smooth transitions.
