New College Lanarkshire is looking for a skilled professional with strong technical expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) to join our Estates team at our Motherwell Campus.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a small team of Estates Assistants and liaising with contractors to deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance.
- Take ownership of MEP services, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency while supporting sustainability initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Applicants should have a recognised trade background.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in mechanical, electrical, or building services.
- Skills: Keyboard skills required for production of paperwork, reports and e-communications.
