The Department of Culinary Arts & Food Services is seeking qualified individuals to join as Lecturers in our Professional Cookery program. The role involves delivering courses from SCQF Level 4 to Level 7.

You should hold a qualification at SCQF Level 7 (HNC) or equivalent. Experience in delivering and developing Further Education curriculum is preferred. A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. Being assessor and/or verifier qualified is also advantageous but not required initially.

We welcome applications from current chefs or industry professionals interested in pursuing a career as a Chef/Professional Cookery lecturer within our established department. The successful candidate may be required to teach at any of the College’s campuses, online, or at private training facilities.

Applicants must be motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication and ICT skills. Initiative, teamwork, and digital literacy are also important qualities.
