New College Lanarkshire is recruiting for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Administrator. The successful candidate will work within an established small team but must also be confident working independently. You will support the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team in providing a proactive Health & Safety service and fostering a positive safety culture within the College. The role requires flexibility to work across all campuses as needed.

Your responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of the College’s Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices. You will promote a positive health and safety ethos and support managers, staff, and learners as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will hold an IOSH Managing Safely certificate or be willing to undertake it. You should have administrative experience, be confident in report preparation, and capable of working on your initiative. Strong prioritization, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ICT proficiency are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also required.
