About this Opportunity
An Exciting Opportunity to Join an Outstanding Team! We are looking to appoint a Site Assistant to work as part of our Estates Team maintaining college buildings, grounds and the security of the site. The successful candidate must have previous experience and relevant skills to carry out general maintenance work and the ability to cope with the physical requirements of the role. You should be highly reliable, have a good customer service and flexible approach to work and be able to work effectively individually or as part of a team.
The Site Assistants work as part of a team on a rota basis, covering early, days, late and flexi shift patterns. Please note these shift patterns will also require you to work weekends every four weeks. The shift patterns are as follows:
- Early 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Flexi 9:30am – 5:30pm
- Days 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Late 12:00pm – 8:00pm
