The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, hardworking, and dedicated Director of Safeguarding to act as lead professional for all safeguarding matters across New Collaborative Learning Trust. This pivotal role will provide expert advice and guidance to the Board of Directors, Advisory Groups, Designated Safeguarding Leads, and Senior Leaders across our primary, secondary, and post-16 settings, supporting children and young people aged 2-19.

As a key member of the Trust Executive Team, you will demonstrate personal skills and qualities that align to an already established positive, hardworking and committed team. You will have a proven track record of shaping and delivering safeguarding strategies that ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and policies, while driving a strong culture of safeguarding excellence across all phases of education (Please note: previous experience of working across all three phases of education is not required).

You will be fully committed to the Trust's ethos and vision and be prepared to continue your professional development to ensure you become an outstanding senior leader, willing to go the extra mile.
