We are seeking to appoint an exceptional leader to drive excellence across our three primary schools. This influential role will support Headteachers and Senior Leaders to secure the highest standards of teaching, learning and curriculum design, ensuring every child experiences a nurturing, ambitious, and inclusive education.
As a key member of the Trust Executive Team, you will bring personal qualities that complement our positive, hardworking, and dedicated leadership group, contributing to a culture where collaboration and high expectations are at the heart of everything we do. You will have a proven ability to lead school improvement, drive educational excellence, and shape coherent strategies that raise outcomes and strengthen provision across the primary phase. You will demonstrate a strong moral purpose, a commitment to delivering outstanding opportunities for young people.
While experience working in a range of different schools is welcomed, it is not essential; what matters most is your passion for primary education, your ability to inspire others, and your commitment to our Trust’s ethos, values and ongoing journey of improvement. Where the role is undertaken on a full time (5 day) basis, the successful candidate will additionally lead on a Trust wide area of responsibility, aligned to their expertise and the needs of the Trust.
