About this Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Senior Pastoral Leader who will be supporting the Assistant Headteacher with the effective day to day management of KS3 and KS4, taking a lead in selected school systems and routines that maintain a positive climate for learning and uphold the high expectations as outlined in the behaviour for learning policy.

The successful candidates will work within a strong Pastoral team to develop and monitor strategies and procedures for improving and maintaining student behaviour and conduct. Candidates should be suitably skilled in numeracy, literacy and ICT and have GCSE passes in English and mathematics at grade C or above (or equivalent).
