About This Opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join an outstanding team and be at the forefront of our organisational development. We are currently seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work within our inclusion department. The primary focus of the role will be supporting learners who need additional help developing their reading skills. In addition, you will work with students across all year groups who experience barriers to learning, being a ‘lead worker’ for a specific number of students and coordinating planning, reviewing the impact of provision with parents/carers.
The successful candidate will be flexible enough to meet the changing demands of a busy school day and able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills, as well as a good attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
