Overview
Brinsworth Academy’s Art, Design Technology Department is growing and we are looking to appoint a technician to join our team. The role will include preparing materials for teaching staff and students, organising equipment and tools for lessons, maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe learning environment. The ideal candidate will have good organisational and ICT skills, an eye for detail, a passion for the subject, be proactive and flexible, and enjoy working with young people.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials for teaching staff and students, including organising equipment and tools for lessons.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Provide support to teaching staff.
- Maintain inventories and handle procurement as necessary.
