New Collaborative Learning Trust has a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to develop their admin skills and contribute to the smooth operation of our estates functions. About the role As our Estates Administrator, youll be working closely with the Trust Director of Estates and wider team to help ensure that all facilities operations run smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve, but not be limited to: Managing financial processes such as orders, invoices, quotes and delivery notes, and maintaining accurate budget reports. Coordinating with contractors and other companies to take out planned and responsive estate work, ensuring everything stays on track. Administering licenses as part of our compliance framework and ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date. The role is based at our Trust HQ in Normanton, and while your primary location will be there, youll have the opportunity to travel to our Trust sites 1-2 times per month (with travel expenses reimbursed).
