IP Support Specialist in London

Join GJE LLP, one of the UK’s leading intellectual property firms, as an Intellectual Property Support Specialist (IPSS) on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover in our London office.

In this varied role, you’ll provide high-level administrative and work management support to fee earners across our IT & Engineering, Chemistry & Life Sciences, and Trade Marks practice groups - handling correspondence, case administration, diary and travel arrangements, document production, invoicing support, and liaising with clients and internal teams. We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, meticulous, and confident building relationships, who has professional services experience and strong Microsoft Office skills. A genuine interest in intellectual property, law, or science and technology is an advantage.
