New City College is seeking a Student Adviser to provide welfare support to students at our Hackney campus. You will join the Bursary & Welfare team to deliver compassionate guidance on housing, financial hardship, immigration, and benefits.
The successful candidate will have 1-on-1 advisory experience, work well under pressure, and communicate effectively face to face and over the phone, helping students access internal and external welfare support.
