Administer and conduct observations to evaluate an individual's reading, writing, and mathematical skills, as well as other cognitive and language-related abilities. Analyse assessment results to determine the presence of a Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD) and, if applicable, identify the specific disability.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing assessment findings, including diagnosis, strengths and weaknesses, and recommendations. Communicate findings and recommendations to parents, educators, and other stakeholders to foster understanding and support.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise and educate parents, teachers, and other professionals about SpLDs, their impact, and effective support strategies.
Responsibilities- Administer a variety of standardised tests and observational methods.

- Prepare detailed reports outlining diagnosis, strengths, weaknesses, and recommendations.

- Level 7 SpLD qualification.
- Current Assessment Practising Certificate (APC).
- Experience in conducting specialist diagnostic assessments for adults and/or young people.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with support professionals.
