As Senior Marketing Co-ordinator, you'll take the lead on developing, managing and motivating our campus marketing team, ensuring the college's evolving needs are met with creativity, consistency and pace. You'll monitor KPIs around student recruitment and income generation, roll out innovative and standardised marketing approaches across all NCC campuses, and champion the highest standards at everything from school engagement and careers fairs to internal celebrations and recruitment events. You'll also get stuck in with hands-on marketing work, support the wider Marketing and Student Recruitment Teams, contribute to strategic initiatives like self-assessment reviews and quality improvement plans, and deputise for the Deputy Group Director: Marketing when needed. This is a group-wide role, you'll have a main campus base but will work across all New City College campuses as required.

What you'll be doing

  • Line managing, developing and performance managing marketing co-ordinators and team members
  • Monitoring student applications and leading promotional activity to support recruitment, both on campus and externally
  • Developing standardised, innovative marketing approaches across all campuses
  • Leading and supporting major recruitment events and promotional campaigns
  • Ensuring accurate, up-to-date content across college websites and promotional channels
  • Supporting wider college strategic objectives alongside the Marketing and Student Recruitment Teams

What we're looking for

  • Maths and English (GCSE 9-4 / A-C or equivalent)
  • Operational marketing experience within an education organisation
  • Proven line management and staff development experience
  • Experience in event management, data analysis and reporting, and digital content creation
  • A confident, motivational leader with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Creative, detail-focused and genuinely curious about the college's diverse course offer and audiences

  • On-Site Facilities: Free access to on-site gym facilities at some campuses and on-site cafes serving subsidised food and drinks.
  • Staff Development: Five CPD (Continuing Professional Development) days per year, with access to industry-standard facilities and a collaborative working environment. Leading to opportunities for career advancement and professional development in a supportive setting.
  • Financial Perks: Interest-free loans for annual travel season tickets. Health cash plan (reimbursement for dental, optical, and therapy treatments) and a completely confidential Employee assistance program.
  • Discounts: Save money on day-to-day expenses, shopping, dining out, DIY, and travel

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and actively welcome applications from candidates from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds.
