NewCity College have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join theirFinance Team based at ourHackney Campus on 1-year Fixed Term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Reportingto the Head of Management Accounts, you will provide the College with timely and accurate financialinformation, accounting expertise and promote high standards of financialcontrol within the College. You will be responsible for supporting the Head ofManagement Accounts in in the delivery of monthly budget meetings, managementaccounts, cashflow analysis and the annual budget planning process for thecollege group.
Who You Are:
We are looking for a newly qualified or finalist accountant (CIPFA, ICA,ACCA or CIMA) but as a minimum, you should be AAT qualified or CIPFA, ICA, ACCA or CIMA part qualified,with practical experience of management accounting. You will be able to work underpressure to meet strict deadlines, have a high level of written and oralcommunication skills with the ability to interpret and explain financialinformation. The ability to communicate effectively with non-financial managersand project staff will be a key criterion for this role.
