We are searching for a dynamic industry specialist to join our experienced teaching and assessing team at our HackneyCampus.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students ranging from 16-19 years old, adults, and apprentices at levels 1 to 3.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans and practical sessions that inspire and motivate students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Who You Are:

You are an enthusiastic and skilled professional with:

  • A relevant qualification and experience in the painting and decorating field.
  • English and maths at grade 4 GCSE, or O Level grade C or above – or equivalent.
  • A strong commitment to inclusive education and supporting learners with diverse needs.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry practices, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
