The Role

You will teach A-Level Law, supporting students to achieve academic success and progress to higher education or employment. As part of our academic community you will contribute to curriculum development, create engaging lessons and provide pastoral support to learners from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach A-Level Law
  • Develop innovative, student-focused teaching strategies to enhance achievement and progression
  • Prepare and maintain schemes of work, assessments and monitor learning outcomes
  • Participate in admissions, enrolment and induction processes
  • Contribute to curriculum development in line with national requirements and local needs
  • Work collaboratively within course teams and across the wider college
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to self-assessment and quality review processes

Who You Are

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Law
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Experience teaching A-Level or GCSE Law
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for student success
