We are seeking an organised and professional Governance Team Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to the Governance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy environment and can manage confidential information with discretion. Working closely with the Director of Governance, you will play a key role in supporting governance operations, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Governance Team, managing enquiries and supporting effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate governance meetings and events, including scheduling, room bookings, hospitality arrangements, minute-taking, and support for governor visits.
  • Prepare and maintain professional documentation, reports, presentations, records, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage Governance website content, databases, and administrative systems, ensuring information remains current and accessible.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the College, attend governance meetings, and provide additional support as required by the Director of Governance.

You are a highly organised and proactive administrator with experience supporting teams in a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Confident in using Microsoft Office and administrative systems, you are committed to delivering high-quality support, building positive working relationships, and upholding the values of safeguarding, inclusion, and continuous professional development.
