We are looking for a dedicated and student-centred Enrichment Coordinator to join our well-established pastoral team at our Havering campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a thriving enrichment programme that plays a vital role in supporting learners’ personal development, wellbeing, and engagement. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help deliver a varied calendar of activities and events, foster a positive and inclusive campus culture, and support students in accessing the guidance and opportunities they need to succeed.

This role is across both Ardleigh Green Campus and Rainham Campus

Who You Are:

You are someone who thrives in a student-centred environment and is passionate about helping young people succeed. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you build positive relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team. You have experience in delivering engaging activities, a sound understanding of safeguarding and mental health support, and hold or are working towards a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. Organised, proactive, and confident using IT, you are committed to inclusion, personal development, and supporting students to overcome barriers to achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a varied enrichment programme that supports students’ personal development, wellbeing, and preparation for life beyond college.

  • Lead and support major campus events such as Culture Day, Black History Month, and International Women’s Day, ensuring high levels of student engagement.

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with students, encouraging participation and signposting them to internal and external support services as needed.

  • Collaborate with the Lead Pastoral Tutor and pastoral team to embed enrichment into the wider student experience and contribute to a positive campus culture.

  • Record and monitor student participation and interventions using systems like ProMonitor and “My Concern” to support safeguarding and enrichment tracking.

  • Gather and act on student feedback through surveys and focus groups to continuously improve the enrichment offer.
