About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Enrichment Coordinator to join our Hackney Campus. In this exciting role, you will take the lead in designing and delivering a diverse range of weekly clubs, activities, and large-scale events that enhance students\’ personal, academic, and professional growth.

From leading large-scale personal development events like Staying Safe, Mental Health Awareness, LGBTQ+ support, and Black History Month to organising weekly clubs such as Arts & Crafts or Wellbeing, you’ll create an inclusive, vibrant environment where students can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver enrichment programmes that meet student needs and institutional goals. Organise workshops, seminars, and events that promote learning, leadership, and community involvement.

Student Engagement:

Promote weekly clubs and large events through effective communication. Act as a key contact for students, gathering feedback to improve offerings. Offer leadership opportunities for students.

Event Management:

Lead major initiatives like Culture Day, International Men’s and Women’s Day, and awareness events on issues such as mental health, knife crime, and violence against women. Coordinate logistics for events.

Collaboration and Partnerships:

Build relationships with community partners and student organisations to enhance enrichment programmes. Work with external stakeholders to provide impactful opportunities.

Evaluation and Improvement:

Monitor and assess programme success, using feedback to improve future events.
