Responsibilities

  • Lead curriculum development, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across a designated Programme Area.
  • Oversee student progress, behaviour and achievement, managing assessment, accreditation, exams and internal verification processes.
  • Manage the day-to-day organisation of courses, support staffing arrangements and contribute to recruitment, admissions, enrolment and induction processes.
  • Support the management of the Programme’s cost centre, authorise purchases within budget and contribute to income-generating initiatives.
  • Teach on appropriate courses and deputise for the Group Curriculum Director when required.
  • Play an active role in safeguarding, quality assurance and continuous improvement across the College.
  • Produce reports for internal and external audiences, including the annual Self-Assessment Report.
