We are currently seeking a part‑time Lecturer to join the Media team within the Creative Industries department. The role involves teaching and supporting students across Creative Media programmes, including BTECs Level 1–3.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in moving‑image production, content creation, photography, animation, 3‑D modelling, motion graphics or VFX using the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support students' learning through assessment, feedback and personalised support.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching practice.
Qualifications
- Specialisation in one or more of the following areas: moving‑image production, content creation, photography, animation, 3‑D modelling, motion graphics, VFX.
- Relevant degree and, if not already qualified, a willingness to obtain a level 5 teaching qualification.
- Passion for innovative, student‑centred teaching.
