We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer in Health & Social Care to join our dynamic team at Poplar Campus. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students across a range of programmes from entry level to Level 3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging teaching and assess student progress across Health & Social Care
  • Plan and develop high‑quality lessons, learning materials, and curriculum content
  • Support students academically and pastorally to achieve and progress
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, ensuring quality standards and compliance

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching or training in Health & Social Care
  • Hold (or be willing to work towards) a recognised teaching qualification
  • Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (Biology knowledge desirable)
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of current practices
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Works effectively as part of a team and independently

Employment Details
