We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer in Health & Social Care to join our dynamic team at Poplar Campus. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students across a range of programmes from entry level to Level 3.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching and assess student progress across Health & Social Care
- Plan and develop high‑quality lessons, learning materials, and curriculum content
- Support students academically and pastorally to achieve and progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, ensuring quality standards and compliance
Qualifications
- Experience teaching or training in Health & Social Care
- Hold (or be willing to work towards) a recognised teaching qualification
- Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (Biology knowledge desirable)
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of current practices
- Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Works effectively as part of a team and independently
Employment Details
