The Role

As Change Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of structured change management across the organisation, ensuring strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, and digital projects are successfully adopted and embedded. You will play a key role in improving organisational performance, enhancing ways of working, and supporting better outcomes through effective, sustainable change.

  • Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities
