Permanent role 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year.

24 days holiday entitlement per year (pro-rata in first year)

RG3 SCP 6-7 - £25,989 (FTE), £19,316 (actual) to £26,403 (FTE), £19,623 (actual)

Responsibilities
  • Support the operations of the school site
  • Perform Health & Safety statutory testing
  • Carry out proactive and reactive premises improvements, including general repairs/maintenance works, painting and basic plumbing and carpentry
Qualifications and Experience
  • Preferably experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of health & safety expectations
  • Experience of building maintenance and/or decorating (desired but not essential)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work positively with a variety of different people
  • Sense of humour (required)
Working Hours

This is a permanent all year round position. You will work the 27.5 hours in split shifts to allow for the daily opening/closing of the school premises. Your work pattern will be 7am to 10am, then 3.30pm to 6pm.
