Responsibilities- Support the operations of the school site
- Perform Health & Safety statutory testing
- Carry out proactive and reactive premises improvements, including general repairs/maintenance works, painting and basic plumbing and carpentry
- Preferably experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of health & safety expectations
- Experience of building maintenance and/or decorating (desired but not essential)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work positively with a variety of different people
- Sense of humour (required)
This is a permanent all year round position. You will work the 27.5 hours in split shifts to allow for the daily opening/closing of the school premises. Your work pattern will be 7am to 10am, then 3.30pm to 6pm.
