Help shape how a £150m consumer goods business partners with major UK retailers. We’re partnering with a fast-growing branded consumer goods business that is evolving the way it sells to national retail accounts. The company designs and develops products sold through 300 retailers across 36 countries, with recognised brands found in homes across the UK and internationally. The business is entering the next phase of its journey, transforming its sales function to adopt a more strategic approach to national account management and joint business planning. This hire will play a key role in that journey.

The Opportunity

You’ll join at a time of significant commercial transformation, helping build stronger strategic partnerships with major national retailers while shaping how the business sells in the future. Managing major retail accounts, you will be accountable for identifying and executing growth opportunities, developing compelling commercial propositions, and building long-term customer partnerships.
