The Role
This is a broad, hands‑on Sales & Partnerships Director role leading UK commercial growth. Responsibilities include:
- Growing national retail accounts and developing the independent retail channel
- Building strategic partnerships that expand the brand beyond traditional retail
- Creating brand partnerships, events, and pop‑ups that connect directly with consumers
- Leading and developing a small UK commercial team
- Identifying new routes to market and alternative revenue streams
