About the job National Account Manager – Out of Home

National Account Manager -Out of Home Central London (3 days a week)

Im currently partnering with one of the UKs fastest-growing challenger snack brands as they scale their Out-of-Home channel. This is a brilliant opportunity for a National Account Manager who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and wants real ownership and impact.

The business is purpose-led, brand-driven and moving fast, theyre looking for someone equally commercial, curious and customer-obsessed to help drive the next phase of OOH growth.

The role:

Youll take ownership of key wholesale OOH accounts, while also opening new routes to market. Working closely with the Head of OOH, youll help shape channel strategy, deliver joint business plans and unlock incremental growth across core range and NPD.

What youll be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing national wholesale OOH customers
  • Winning new business and onboarding new partners
  • Driving distribution, listings and revenue growth
  • Delivering against sales targets and KPIs
  • Using data and insight to inform account strategy
  • Building strong, collaborative customer relationships

Who Im keen to speak to:

  • Experienced National / Key Account Managers (FMCG or food & drink ideally)
  • Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and resilient
  • Strategic thinkers who are happy to stay hands-on
  • Passionate about brands, growth and doing things differently
