We're partnering with a well-established, privately owned consumer goods business recognised for innovation. The business has a long heritage, strong retail relationships and is well known for its NPD. They have continued to grow their digital and marketplace channels and are now looking to strengthen the team with a commercially sharp e-Commerce Account Manager.

The Role

This is an E-commerce Account Manager role focused on driving growth across key e-Commerce and pureplay channels. You will take ownership of a portfolio that includes Amazon 3P, and online pureplayers. The role will involve:

  • Managing and developing key online retail accounts
  • Driving sales growth across Amazon 3P and pureplay customers
  • Building strong joint business plans with key partners
  • Managing pricing, promotions, range, content and trading performance
  • Working closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, supply chain and product
  • Identifying new growth opportunities across digital channels
