Are you a commercial leader who thrives in fast-paced, culturally driven environments? Do you enjoy shaping how a brand shows up across the On Trade while leading a high-performing team? We are partnering with a global FMCG brand to find a Regional On Trade Manager to take ownership of one of their most strategically important territories.
This is a standout leadership position overseeing a team of Sales Representatives across the On Trade, including pubs, bars and clubs. You’ll set the direction, drive executional excellence and ensure the brand wins premium visibility, distribution and activation across highly influential cities.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Representatives, driving high performance across the region.
- Owning the regional strategy, business plan and budget, treating the territory as your own P&L.
- Building and strengthening relationships with key operators across traditional On Trade and catering channels.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver standout distribution, visibility and activation.
- Spending regular time in market with your team, ensuring executional excellence and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Currently operating as a Field Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager within FMCG.
- Experienced within the On Trade channel.
- An excellent communicator and negotiator with a collaborative, people-first approach.
- Commercially sharp with strong financial, analytical and planning skills, comfortable working autonomously.
- Passionate about the On Trade scene, with a full UK driving licence.
