About the job

We’re looking for a Junior HR Business Partner who’s curious, proactive and passionate about people. You’ll work closely with the Head of HR and experienced People Business Partners, supporting managers, shaping employee experiences and building the skills to become a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Be a first point of contact for managers and employees
  • Support people initiatives across talent, learning, engagement and culture
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to deliver great hiring and onboarding experiences
  • Get hands-on with people projects and process improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a generalist HR, HR Coordinator or junior BP role
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
