An award-winning, fast-growing snack brand operating across the UK and USA is looking for a Head of Finance to help scale the business through its next phase of growth. Currently turning over £35m, the business has ambitious plans to reach £100m and beyond and finance is at the heart of that journey.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments. You will act as a trusted partner to the Founders and leadership team, shaping financial strategy while building the systems and processes needed to scale globally.
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Driving commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
- Building and developing a scalable finance function
- Managing cash flow, controls, and risk while enabling fast, smart growth
- Supporting international expansion across the UK and US
