This is a key design role within an ambitious SME business undergoing a full brand refresh including new brand guidelines, logo and colour palette - offering real ownership and the chance to leave a genuine creative mark.

About the Role

As the brand's dedicated designer, you'll be the gatekeeper for all creative assets, ensuring consistency and quality across the board. You’ll work across digital and print, partnering closely with internal teams while confidently owning creative decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and evolving the brand's look and feel across all channels during a full brand refresh.
  • Designing packaging and product artwork, ensuring all assets are fully print-ready.
  • Creating digital assets across social, web, email and eCommerce platforms.
  • Designing creative for trade shows, exhibitions and wider marketing activity, from concept to delivery.
  • Acting as the final sign-off and gatekeeper for all creative output before it goes live.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A Graphic Designer with experience in a consumer goods or FMCG business.
  • Confident managing multiple projects, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Comfortable putting forward ideas, opinions and creative direction.
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (a bonus would be familiarity with Figma).
  • Positive, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong balance of print and digital experience.
