We are working with a fast-growing D2C brand that is looking to bring real structure, accuracy, and pace to its operations function. This is a key hire, sitting at the heart of UK and US operations, making sure the business always has the right stock, the right data and the right forward plan to keep scaling.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitoring stock levels daily across UK and US
  • Managing demand planning and maintaining optimal inventory
  • Using sales trends and performance data to guide ordering decisions
  • Coordinating with manufacturers on production timings and purchase orders
  • Working with 3PL partners to ensure smooth flow of goods
  • Tracking lead times, MOQs, freight timelines and upcoming shipments
  • Analysing SKU performance and adjusting plans where needed
  • Preparing weekly operational updates for the leadership team
  • Supporting the operational planning for upcoming retail expansion

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in D2C operations, supply planning or demand forecasting
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
