A profitable, founder‑led D2C business in the health & wellness space is hiring its first senior marketing leader. The company is currently generating c.£6m in revenue and investing approximately £2m annually across Meta, Google and TikTok. Marketing is run by the founder, and the business has reached the point where experienced leadership is needed to scale beyond £15m.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of customer acquisition and marketing performance, bringing structure, clarity and accountability to a function that has grown quickly but remains founder‑led. The focus will be on:

  • Owning and scaling paid acquisition across core channels
  • Building a high‑output creative engine
  • Implementing structured testing frameworks
  • Driving performance with clear commercial metrics (CAC, LTV, contribution)
