We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the Maritime team, with a specific focus on cruise line customers. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of maritime (cruise) accounts, while ensuring the smooth end-to-end delivery of orders in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for their accounts, balancing commercial responsibility with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of cruise / maritime accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all client communication
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a consistently high level of service
- Identify and deliver opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
- Support new business development and tender submissions within the maritime channel
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including pricing, order processing, documentation and delivery coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (purchasing, warehouse and logistics) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Align supply with client forecasts, stock planning and port schedules
- Monitor account performance and proactively resolve any issues or risks
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, orders and communications
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a client-facing sales or account management role
- Experience selling into cruise, maritime, travel, airlines, travel retail or global travel channels
- Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of pricing, margin and revenue growth
- Ability to manage both client relationships and operational processes simultaneously
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Location
The HQ is based in Fareham, Hampshire. They also have an office in London. Candidates must be able to commute to the office regularly, as well as time spent visiting customers.
