The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the Maritime team, with a specific focus on cruise line customers. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of maritime (cruise) accounts, while ensuring the smooth end-to-end delivery of orders in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for their accounts, balancing commercial responsibility with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of cruise / maritime accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all client communication.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.
- Support new business development and tender submissions within the maritime channel.
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including pricing, order processing, documentation and delivery coordination.
- Work closely with internal teams (purchasing, warehouse and logistics) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Align supply with client forecasts, stock planning and port schedules.
- Monitor account performance and proactively resolve any issues or risks.
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, orders and communications.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in a client-facing sales or account management role.
- Experience selling into cruise, maritime, travel, airlines, travel retail or global travel channels.
- Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of pricing, margin and revenue growth.
- Ability to manage both client relationships and operational processes simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Location
