We are partnering confidentially with a privately owned, internationally respected premium spirits business at a defining point in its growth journey. With a portfolio of established and emerging spirits brands, growing global distribution and major launches ahead, the business is investing heavily in its commercial capability. This role sits at the heart of that ambition.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position with full responsibility for shaping and delivering the global commercial strategy. You will lead an international sales team, drive distributor performance across priority markets, and work closely with the founder and leadership team to scale the business sustainably while protecting brand integrity and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver short, medium and long-term commercial strategy
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing international sales team
- Drive distributor performance across the UK, international markets and travel retail
- Set targets by brand and territory with full P&L accountability
- Lead pricing, margin management and commercial forecasting
- Identify new market opportunities, routes to market and premiumisation strategies
- Partner closely with marketing on activations, launches and budget allocation
- Play a central role in NPD, special releases and market-specific propositions
