New Chapter Tuition is seeking a dedicated and resilient Aspiring Outreach Tutor to support children and young people across Kingston upon Thames who are unable to access mainstream education. This role involves working 1:1 with learners with SEMH, ADHD, anxiety, and those at risk of exclusion, using a relationship-based and trauma-informed approach to help re-engage learners and achieve positive outcomes. You will deliver personalised tuition in community-based settings including learners' homes, libraries, learning hubs, and alternative provisions.

Person Specification
We are looking for aspiring outreach tutors who are passionate about supporting vulnerable learners and able to work independently.
Essential:
- Experience working with SEMH, ADHD, anxiety, or excluded learners
- Knowledge of the UK curriculum
- Calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in community settings
Desirable:
- Previous outreach, alternative provision, or SEN tutoring experience
- Experience working with local authorities or SEND services
