New Chapter Tuition is recruiting Psychology and Criminology graduates to join our team as Graduate Tutors in Bromley and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for aspiring Clinical Psychologists, Teachers, Youth Justice Workers, and Social Care professionals seeking meaningful, hands-on experience supporting children and young people with additional needs.
You will provide 1:1 support to learners with SEND, SEMH, ADHD, and those who may be disengaged from or excluded from mainstream education. Sessions take place in community-based environments including homes, libraries, learning hubs, and alternative provisions.
Mandatory Training ProgrammeAll Graduate Tutors must complete a compulsory training programme before working independently.
- 30–45 hours of structured training
- Online learning modules, reflective tasks, and assessed activities
- Training in SEND, SEMH, ADHD, safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, behaviour management, and nurture-led tutoring
- Full guidance and ongoing support throughout
This programme ensures you feel confident, prepared, and supported before beginning independent sessions.

- Degree in Psychology, Criminology, or related subject
