This is a hands-on role combining learning delivery, practical instruction and behaviour mentoring. You will support KS3–KS5 learners with SEMH, ADHD, SEND and behavioural needs, helping them re-engage with education through practical and vocational learning, including mechanics and motorsport. Working 1:1 and with small groups of up to eight learners, you will help deliver and instruct vocational activities, support learning and progress, and provide the structure, boundaries and positive relationships young people need to succeed.
