We’re working with a leading international consultancy based in Central London seeking a highly organised Legal Assistant to support their growing contracts function. This will initially be a 6 month temp contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining a contracts tracker with precision and accuracy
- Monitoring key dates (renewals, expiries, notice periods) and keeping stakeholders informed
- Coordinating contract execution processes end-to-end (including e-signatures)
- Supporting client onboarding and legal documentation workflows
- Reviewing NDAs and assisting with drafting standard legal agreements
- Acting as a key point of contact between legal, finance, and internal teams
Key experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Confident communicator who can work across teams and senior stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Comfortable working with legal documents, contracts, and trackers
