Social Media & Content Creator

A fast-scaling, founder-led health and wellness brand is looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to build its organic presence from a standing start.

Right now, every bit of social activity is paid.

This role changes that.

You'd own content end to end, from idea to script to shoot to edit to publish, across Tik Tok first, then Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and You Tube.

It's a blank page in the best sense: no existing organic playbook to follow, no legacy content to work around.

A big part of the role is documenting the founder's day-to-day and building his personal brand across Linked In, Tik Tok, Instagram and You Tube, turning ordinary moments (factory, launches, team, customers) into content people actually want to watch.

You'll also be spotting and adapting trends early for a wellness audience, building and running the content calendar, repurposing top performers across channels, and feeding a steady stream of fresh organic creative into the paid social team.

This is a hands-on, doing role.

You're not inheriting a team, and you're not managing one.

You're making the content yourself, day in day out, while also having real input into the strategy behind it.

Who they're looking for

At least 2 years of short-form video creation with proof behind it: a real following, or videos that have genuinely reached hundreds of thousands of views, whether on your own channel or a brand's.

A strong copywriter with sharp instincts for hooks, pacing and social-first storytelling.

Confident filming and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or Cap Cut), with strong visual taste.

Comfortable on camera yourself when needed, and confident directing someone else in front of one.

A genuine interest in health, nutrition or consumer brands helps a lot here.

What success looks like in 6 months

A recognisable, genuinely engaging organic social presence.

The founder consistently publishing high-quality content.

Weekly documentation of the business-building journey.

A growing, reusable content library feeding paid social.

Customers feeling more connected to the brand.
